A fact of life is that circumstances often change. That change sometimes means that existing agreements no longer meet the needs of one or more of the parties.

Whenever I have been faced with a professional disagreement or conflict, I have said

“There’s always a third path to a solution.”

And that sentiment drives my approach to mediation.
